<h2>Description:</h2>
<p>This app allows you to control the flashing speed of your iPhone flashlight, ranging from 1Hz to 130Hz. Essentially, it turns your iPhone into a strobe light.</p>

<h2>What can you use this application for?</h2>
<p>With this app, you can use your iPhone as a tachometer to measure the speed of rotating objects.</p>

<h2>How to use it:</h2>
<p>Let's say you have a fan and you need to measure its speed (RPM). First, turn on the fan in a dark environment. Then, launch the app on your iPhone (with flashlight capability). Use the main slider in the app to adjust the speed until the rotating object appears to be nearly motionless. Next, use the three buttons in the app for fine-tuning to achieve the exact speed. It's important not to touch the moving/rotating object during the test, even though it may appear stationary.</p>

<li>Slider to adjust strobe light speed between 1-130Hz (equivalent to 60-7800RPM)</li>
<li>x2 and ÷2 buttons for quick adjustment of flashing speed</li>
<li>Three buttons for precise tuning of speed up to two decimal places: 0X.00, 00.X0, 00.0X</li>
<li>Text field to manually enter the speed in RPM (by tapping on the speed label)</li>
<li>Toggle for light and dark background options</li>
<li>Displays the speed in both Hz and RPM</li>
<li>User-friendly and straightforward interface</li>
